Dessert Heaven! Carlos sure knows how to bake. Everything was delicious. Service was a little slow. They had only 1 rep. It was a busy morning. She was so good. It was worth the wait.
Was really looking fwd to come here to try out the cannolis. There was a small line ahead of us, and we bought the classic Cannolis and it was as so crispy and sweet, not bad.
Great little bakery across the hallway from Buddy V's Ristorante. This bakery and the restaurant are both owned and operated by celebrity chef Buddy "Cake Boss" Valastro. The cannoli is fantastic and there are at least 5-6 varieties of cannoli available for purchase. They also have cookies, cakes, and an assortment of pastries. The pastries are made there in store and the kitchen and pasty making process can be watched from the slew of windows available if you get there while the sun is still up. The kitchen closes at some point during the day, and I assume enough pastries are made by then to last for the remainder of the day. We usually stop here at least once every time we visit.
We had a great experience at Carlos Bakery. William, Amber and Edna gave us the best service we have received anywhere in Vegas. They helped us choose our desserts which were fresh and delicious and went above and beyond and held them while we went to see The Wizard of Oz. Try Carlos Bakery if delicious desserts and great customer service is what you crave.
Stopped by for cake and a coffee, both were great!! Krista was fantastic, she was super friendly and even recommended Pizza Cake for a quick bite and Buddy V’s Ristorante for some classic Italian food while I was in town after I mentioned I wanted a coffee before figuring out food, I’m glad I took her advice because Buddy V’s was absolutely FANTASTIC, I plan on checking out Pizza Cake later today too. Will definitely be back!! 10/10
I used to watch the show all the time so I definitely had to visit and order something! The cannoli was everything I expected it to be- yummy and a great size! I also bought 2 packages of cookies to take back home. Since flying they taped it for me so there’s no problems.The bag cost extra, worth it though!
Carlos Bakery in the Venetian was amazing! We got a lobster tail and a the Strawberry Cheesecake! OMG! It was Amazing! My taste buds were doing the boogie Woogie! I highly recommend it!
Pros: The strawberry cheesecake tasted great. So soft and creamy, with a beautiful, delightful milky aftertaste. I’ve never enjoyed an aftertaste so much! I do wish there were strawberries incorporated into the cheesecake though, rather than just a half strawberry sitting on top. There was also no wait for us to order and pay on the Saturday afternoon we visited. Finally, we appreciated the sturdy box and plastic spoons it came with. Cons: The atmosphere was simple and there were no prices displayed. Our tiny cheesecake circle ended up being over $11! I was happy to try some of Buddy’s dessert, but disappointed at that price point for the portion size.
YOU HAVE TO GET YOUR CAKES HERE!! I feel so grateful to have a cake done by someone as talented as Chef Miranda is. She did a beautiful job with making a special cake for my baby’s First birthday. She worked out every detail with me to make sure the cake was perfect. The details and work is incredible, I almost didn’t want to cut into it lol. The cake itself tasted so rich in flavor and fluffy that everyone was heartbroken when there was none left. It was worth every cent and I definitely will order another one in the future from her. Honestly I never write reviews but she deserves it, this bakery is amazing! Thank you for helping make my baby’s birthday magical.
Carlo's Bake Shop at the Venetian is a fantastic spot for a quick dessert. The pistachio cannolis were absolutely excellent, paired perfectly with a great cup of coffee. The display cases are packed with a huge variety of other tasty delicacies that looked incredible, but those will have to wait for the next visit! Highly recommended if you have a sweet tooth while exploring the resort.
